About
The story
I got tired of buying marine foam that arrived wrong-sized, hand-trimmed by someone guessing, then warping by season two. So I bought a CNC and started cutting my own parts — and word got around the marina, the dunes, and a couple of prop shops.
FoamForge is one machine, a stack of marine-grade EVA, and a workshop full of templates and customer files. Every job leaves the shop fitted to the thing it was meant for: a salt-tested boat deck, a long-travel rig's interior, a one-off prop for a stage production.
If the pattern works, we cut it. If it doesn't, we'll tell you before we cut.
